Medicaid/NYS Service Coordination


TCHS Service Coordination assists individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities gain access to many services to address their specific needs through the Medicaid Service Coordination Program


Community Habilitation


Our Services enable participants to become more independent by assisting them with problem solving and decisions making. TCHS empowers its participants with skills that enable them to participants with skills that enable them to become more productive members of society while helping their families by relieving some of the stress that them may encounter.

Adult Day Habilitation


TCHS's Day Habilitation services provide developmentally disable adults a mixture of community based experiences to develop pre vocational, socialization and communication skills.
